Return Policy
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns.
- Acceptable returns are Items that have not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition. All tags must remain attached.
- Returns must be postmarked and prepaid within 14 days of the original ship date.
- It is suggested that you send your package insured and tracked, as Girl Next Door is not responsible for missing items or packages.
- Returns must be sent to Girl Next Door, 250 W. 2nd Street, Austin, TX 78701
- Please include your name, order number, and email address with your return.
- Your approved return will not be processed until we have received your original order.
- Your original credit card used for purchase will be credited less shipping charges one week following the return approval.
- All sale items, underwear/lingerie, jewelry and accessories are a final sale.
Exchange Policy

- For exchanges, please provide a complete description of the item desired, including size and color. If the item is unavailable, your account will be credited and you will be contacted via email.

- For remaining balances on exchanges your original credit card used for purchase will be credited, less shipping charges one week following the exchange approval.
Shipping Rates and Proceedures
We use UPS for our shipping methods. Girl Next Door will ship anywhere in the United States. For international orders please call 888-GIRLND1 (888-447-5631) or 512-322-0501.

Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 pm will be processed that day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all orders shipped to locations in Texas.
Canceling/Modifying an Order
